Returns & Exchanges

• We offer exchange only on our Pret Products. You can exchange any Pret item returned in a saleable condition, with its receipt and original packing. We will only be accepting those products for exchange that either have manufacturing issues, wrong sizes and the shipment of the wrong items. Exchange will entirely be dependent on the availability of the article. Exchange with a different article is also possible but the additional cost of the exchange article will be paid by the customer.
• Please note that due to your laptop/ Mobile Screen settings and photographic lighting, the product color may vary.
• Reach us at our customer care number within 7 days of your purchase
• You can only exchange through Vardah Alam online and retail store.
• Couture/Bridal/Customized Stitched piece will not be exchanged as they are made as per the order and after confirmation of details with the client.
• No exchanges on sale items unless we deliver the incorrect order.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy for Advances/Pre-Payments

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed & all advance payments are final.

However please do reach out to us if you are unable to complete your order & want to cancel. Our team will do our best to facilitate you; in most cases, we will either issue you a voucher or adjust advances against another order less a cancellation charge, these charges and adjustments are at our sole discretion. 

In case of any refund requests the client is requested to email and or contact us on our given number ad discuss their case. We will be looking into them as a priority and cater to them
